Katherine is a Physician Assistant with a background in vascular surgery, nutrition, and general medicine. She is a firm believer in the power of foundational wellness.
Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Florida International University and later graduated as a Physician Associate from Nova Southeastern University.
She is passionate about promoting health, beauty, and safety through simple yet effective practices. Katherine believes that starting with the basics—like proper hydration and targeted vitamin supplementation—can lead to significant improvements in overall vitality, beauty, and long-term well-being.

Chera is an experienced dental professional with over 30 years of expertise in private practice and institutional roles. Skilled in dental prosthetics, aesthetic dentistry, and periodontics. Certified in phlebotomy and IV therapy. Committed to delivering exceptional patient care and treatment solutions.
Dr. Matthew Holz DO, MBA
Matthew is an Osteopathic Medical Doctor with a background in Emergency Medicine using a holistic approach to treat his patients. Dr. Holz believes that all aspects of a person’s life is important to their health and well-being.
Matthew earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiological Medicine from the University of Maryland before earning his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his residency training at Inspira Health Network located in Vineland, NJ before moving to Southeast Florida.
While in Florida, working full time in the Emergency Department he obtained his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in order to be more involved in
projects promoting a holistic approach to medicine. All aspects of health including physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being are crucial to long term health.
